Safe OTC Sleep Aids In West Halifax

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In West Halifax Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the West Halifax zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Charlemont folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Jacksonville insomniacs.

Some Wilmington people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Jacksonville doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in West Halifax recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Jacksonville including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Get Your Life Back With Melotrex

Thursday, December 24th, 2009

Get Your Life Back With Melotrex We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Hey There. My name is Robert and Conner. I have dealt with insomnia in Charlemont for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Wilmington. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Jacksonville hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a Marlboro friend suggested Melotrex to treat my insomnia. Melotrex helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Wilmington fitness center. I have more energy for my Charlemont friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid Melotrex is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Sleepless Nights in Jacksonville?

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

Sleepless Nights in Jacksonville? Welcome to Robert’s Jacksonville sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Jacksonville sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Jacksonville house to pick it up at a Jacksonville drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Charlemont insomniacs and Charlemont holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Jacksonville sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Jacksonville insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Robert’s Jacksonville Sleep Diary

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Robert's Jacksonville Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Jacksonville, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Jacksonville bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Jacksonville neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Melotrex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Robert Conner. I have used most sleep aids available in Jacksonville, both prescription and over-the-counter. Melotrex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Jacksonville lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Melotrex. I know it has helped many Jacksonville sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Sleep Deprived in Jacksonville?

Sleep Deprived in Jacksonville? Hey There

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Jacksonville parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Jacksonville home, Wilmington office or driving my kids to their Jacksonville school.

I have been using Melotrex and Sleep2Night. (See http://bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Melotrex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Sleep2Night works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Jacksonville sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Florida college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Marlboro job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Melotrex and Sleep2Night are going to help me.

They can help you too.
-Robert
