Do you feel like napping all the time? FL sleep doctors advise their Jacksonville patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.
I am a former insomniac and live in Jacksonville. I started using 7Hour Slumber to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Wilmington and Charlemont. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.
I have a Jacksonville sales job which requires constant travel around FL. Before I started using 7Hour Slumber, I would often pull my Turquoise truck over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!
What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? 7Hour Slumber is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Jacksonville sleep aids.
Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to 7Hour Slumber are Melotrex and Reposanex. Don’t waste your days napping, try 7Hour Slumber, Melotrex or Reposanex. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

Does it seem like some Wilmington teenagers sleep all the time? FL sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)
If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Jacksonville high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Jacksonville high schoolers would struggle to graduate.
In addition to schools, many other FL social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Jacksonville doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.
“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)
In addition to health care, many Wilmington professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Jacksonville public safety workers, Wilmington customer service personnel, Marlboro night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Charlemont restaurant workers, and Jacksonville truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.
If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Jacksonville employment situation, 7Hour Slumber can help you. This all-natural Jacksonville insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Sleep2Night and Melotrex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the West Halifax zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Charlemont folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Jacksonville insomniacs.
Some Wilmington people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Jacksonville doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.
Many sleep doctors in West Halifax recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Jacksonville including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.
More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.
Hey There. My name is Robert and Conner. I have dealt with insomnia in Charlemont for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Wilmington. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Jacksonville hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.
Fortunately, a Marlboro friend suggested Melotrex to treat my insomnia. Melotrex helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!
Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Wilmington fitness center. I have more energy for my Charlemont friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.
The all-natural sleep aid Melotrex is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Welcome to Robert’s Jacksonville sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Jacksonville sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.
This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Jacksonville house to pick it up at a Jacksonville drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Charlemont insomniacs and Charlemont holistic health professionals.
In addition to reporting on my Jacksonville sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Jacksonville insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.
Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.
I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.
Check back soon.

If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Jacksonville, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.
Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.
By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Jacksonville bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Jacksonville neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Melotrex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.
I am Robert Conner. I have used most sleep aids available in Jacksonville, both prescription and over-the-counter. Melotrex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.
By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Jacksonville lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Melotrex. I know it has helped many Jacksonville sleep apnea patients, also.
Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Hey There
Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:
The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.
I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Jacksonville parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Jacksonville home, Wilmington office or driving my kids to their Jacksonville school.
I have been using Melotrex and Sleep2Night. (See http://bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Melotrex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.
Sleep2Night works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Jacksonville sleep aids that take hours to work.
I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Florida college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Marlboro job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Melotrex and Sleep2Night are going to help me.
They can help you too.
-Robert

Can you get sleep in Jacksonville FL? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Jacksonville Florida. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Turquoise desk (yes, I have a Turquoise desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.
I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Jacksonville Florida that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.
It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying 7Hour Slumber lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 632 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.
Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Florida are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a truck while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
7Hour Slumber is a natural sleep aid on the Jacksonville market. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at the official 7Hour Slumber website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.
Stop again sometime,
-Robert

I’m Robert Conner. A lot has been going on in my Turquoise bedroom in my house on 133 Sam Houston Jones Pkwy in Jacksonville.
Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Jacksonville sleep aids 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex for the past 632 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Wilmington or Charlemont, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.
So far, Sleep2Night, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Jacksonville, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Reposanex takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with 7Hour Slumber, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.
Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around Florida we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.
For Jacksonville insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay 16862 for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex are competitively priced. See sleepchartreview.goodsleepblog.com for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how 7Hour Slumber worked.

It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used Melotrex for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.
My Jacksonville home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 632 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Wilmington and heads toward Charlemont blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.
Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With Melotrex, I didn’t wake up once!
I’m Robert Conner. My life has improved dramatically since discovering Melotrex. I have had limited success in the past with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. When I compare Melotrex to 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in Jacksonville? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://bestsleepaids.net for more info about Melotrex.
